Turn by turn popup, next point, and distance to next not working when navigating a course

The popup remains on the screen for about 0.2 miles of riding after the turn. Distance to next counts down from about 400ft to zero where it remains for about 0.2 miles. Speed continues to be correct throughout. I believe this started happening since I installed the Beta and continues with the 4.0 software. Also I sometimes get a red info block with the word "WARNING" and no additional text.

It appears something similar was reported for the 1030 some time ago but I can't be sure this is the same problem.

Did you get this resolved? Time to Point is popping on my screen every 20m or so. Never happened like this before…

Not as yet however I haven't used the 1030+ much since the weather has gotten cold. As I recall the problem was still present in version 6.10.

Something like this happens to me too sometimes. The bar at the top with directions navigation info sometimes disappears and all I see is where I am and where I've come from, but no info on where I'm headed. I have not found the resolution yet.
