Training Effect reported as 0

Since the middle of October all my rides have a training effect of 0. The Anaerobic and Aerobic values are reported as 0. I didn't change any settings and the Physio TrueUp is enabled in the 1030's settings.

I use the 1030 plus for outdoor rides and my fenix 6 pro for indoor rides. My fenix reports these numbers just fine. Is there a way to restore these values?

I am also concerned about training effect. On my ride yesterday, the aerobic value was 0.1 and anaerobic 0 for a 53km ride. I expected at least 3 aerobic and maybe 1 anaerobic. All power data and HR data looked normal.
