Suggest training not the same on fenix and edge

training suggestion, not identical on the edge and on the fenix 6 (fenix 6 synchronized before switching on the edge 1030+), why?

I have the same issue.

Today my Fenix 6 Pro says tempo training for over an hour and the Edge 1030 Plus says recovery ride 30mins (despite having nothing to recover from!

did you ever solve your issue?

I think these kind of synchronization between devices is simply not yet supported by garmin. They bought this technology from Firstbeat and their marketing is better then reality here.
