Edge 1030 Plus - disabled WLAN search automatically starts itself

Dear all

I face an odd problem with my Edge 1030 plus. I disabled WLAN-function in the menue as I do not use it. However after having switched on the device it sometimes starts to search WLAN. If I enter the WLAN menu then I can see slide control for WLAN enabled.

I dont know how this can happen but kindly ask for help.
