Missing track on the map

My new garmin plus 1030 does not show track like my previous garmin 1030 / Picture below /

What is wrong ?

    That is very odd.  Yes, it should show the track in Garmin Connect just like the previous 1030. Silly question, but you do have GSP enabled, correct?  If you recorded as an inside ride, it wouldn't.  You could still have distance if you have a speed sensor paired.

    Did you look at the map during the ride?  was it showing a track there?  Have you tried uploading the activity to another site like Strava and does it show a track?

    If you post your activity .FIT file (from the Garmin\Activities folder on your E1030+, I'd be happy to take a look.
