I'm getting a communication error using my Edge 1030 plus in Basecamp

I'm getting a communication error using my Edge 1030 plus in Basecamp. As a result of that i can't save anything on my device from within Basecamp.

Is there a solution ? Can you fix this ?

It should work if you install the bêta 2.42 (fine on PC and MAC)

Try the 2.42 then the support if you want to waist Time.

Perhaps fixed for the 1030+ but is not and will not be fixed for the Edge 1040 or Explore 2 according to Garmin Support.

I think fixed for the 1030+ but according to Garmin Support is not supported and will not be supported for the Edge 1040 or Explorer 2.
