using edge 1030+ with ski lifts (by ski, mtb ...)

Hello everyone. What should I do on my Edge 1030+ so that the elevation does not appear when using ski lifts (by ski, mtb ...)

Second that proposal. A profile deliberately skipping every straightish & speed constantish climbing segments would prove valuable for gravity oriented activities.

I never used a lift while riding (.... I'm old school). Did you try to pause the activity by pressing the right button and continue after the arrival at the top?

That's actually kind of interesting. You really want a "Ski" mode like on the watches, but for biking instead of skiing. I've never heard of it existing, but it's a good idea. Wonder if there are any Connect IQ apps that do this, since I know there are third party Connect IQ apps for skiing.

Yes because in the ski resort, it is possible to climb on chairlifts and go downhill on mountain bike

It‘s very simple. As AXEL said: you have to pause the climbing by lift.

If you use a speedsensor and activate autopause, it all is done automatically!
