how to turn off autozoom?

I have the European version. When I stop the device zooms out AND changes orientation. This is super annoying and makes me dread sometimes stopping - oh no, I am about too loose my map. When I come to a fork with options I may get confused and will, in most cases, stop. Then, the 1030 plus zooms out and changes the orientation of the map (to North facing? not sure). If anything: autozoom should zoom IN not OUT because that is what I would do get a better picture of which option to select. And why should the map orientation change? Just to completely mess you up? How could this be possible useful?

  • Turn off autozoom:
    profile - navigation - map - autozoom=Off
Set orientation/direction to direction of movement

Then, if you stop, the map should stay in direction of movement.
If it turns around, the compass needs to be calibrated!
    Setup/Settings - System - Compass calibration

  • the general adjustment of zoom levels automatically during riding is one thing. The adjustment of the zoom level when stopping perhaps a different one. Will this get rid of the auto zoom out on stopping? Thank you!
