Communication Error 1030 plus in Basecamp

Hello

I would like to install OSM maps on my Edge plus, but Garmin Basecamp gives an communication error.

Please fix

Use a SD card in PC-slot or cardreader, build a directory /Garmin on it and send the map there. Then copy the map to your Edge.

It is also not possible to send tracks to the Edge 1030 plus from Basecamp. If have tried Windows and Mac.

PS: I know the workaround, but I don't think that this behavior is intended.

If delete GarminDevice.xml the device working normaly. After restart 1030 plus create own a file again.
