Profiles won’t sync to 1030 plus

Received my 1030 plus yesterday everything got synced across except profile, reset and tried again but not having it.

This may have something to do with it, according to DCR, before setting up your 1030 Plus,

"...So after you order your Edge 1030 Plus, go and update your older bike computer first and do a ride (even if just a few seconds) so that it’ll sync that data up..."

Hi ZuhMan I synced the old 1030 but hadn’t done a ride so like you say it could be that I’ve redone the profiles as I sold the old unit cheers anyway mate much appreciated

For those who use more Edge devices like me - I have two normal 1030 (long story):
My Edge 1030 plus synced the profiles from the one device last used for a ride!
