How are you looking for the apps.

I can find plenty using Garmin Express

It looks like an issue with the Connect IQ Store phone app.

There is also an issue with a large number of apps not getting auto updated to support the newest devices.  Garmin had acknowledged the issue in the developer forum and is working on it.  So if your favorite app is not available yet give it a few more days.  If Garmin does not get the issue sorted out, then app updates will have to wait until the next developer kit release.

If you have access to a 1030, you can most likely copy the app from the Garmin\Apps folder there to the 1030+.  This probably will even work with most apps from an 830.  If you need to edit settings, that's another story.  It's not a long term solution, but might at least tie you over until this is all figured out.
