Ride Time/Dist wrong: Edge810 GSC-10 spoke magnet touched sensor

I rode the Hotter 'n *** Hundred 102.2 mile ride in TX on Saturday.
My official chip time is 4:54 https://runsignup.com/Race/Results/24608/IndividualResult/2015#U9073166
My Edge810 recorded 96 miles in 4:45. :-(

About 18 miles into the ride, I hit a bump real hard and the GSC-10 spoke magnet moved and started touching the GSC-10's sensor arm at each rotation. I looked at displayed speed and saw my speed around 12MPH when I knew I was doing at least 17MPH.
I stopped to move and tighten the magnet and few miles later it moved again. I stopped yet again and removed the magnet figuring satellite data would prevail. Turns out something went wrong.

If you can perform some magic on my fit file, I'll be most grateful.

I used the Fit File Repair Tool to replace the sensor distance data with the GPS distance. I think the discrepancy that you are seeing in time is the difference between moving and total time. The total time is 4:54 and the moving is 4:45.

I agree about the moving vs. chip time. I don't understand why the distance is less than the course's 102.2. I've never seen the Edge be different from a known distance.
I see that the repair tool believes that I really can get to 47.1MPH :-)

The track is rock solid on the roads. I think the Edge distance is the better number.
