I have the new cadence sensor that won't pair with my 705. It's annoying when I ride in group I can pick up other people but not mine. I have the gc10 on my other bikes which work fine. I tried taking the battery out. I can get a green flashing like for a couple seconds. When I attach it to my crank nothing happens.
That's because the 705 won't work with the new sensor. DC Rainmaker has a list of compatible devices in his review of the sensors. It uses a different ANT+ device profile than the GSC-10, and the 705 doesn't understand it.
