GSC 10 speed/cadence wrong peak records

During my cycling training GSC 10 speed and cadence sensor records out of range peaks with final result of unreliable average figures (see pictures)
Does anyone have comments about this issue or even solutions?

There have been some posts about spikes. Most have been about speed. At least one reported Garmin sent a replacement GSC10.
