Oregon 450 not detecting GSC-10 Cadence Sensor- Forerunner 310XT does...

Last summer, I used to ride with an Oregon 450 and had no problems connecting it to either my ANT+ heart rate monitor or my GSC-10 speed/cadence sensor. This spring, the GSC-10 is not detected by the Oregon while the HR monitor is.

I know the GSC-10 is working since it is detected by my Forerunner 310XT. Could it be the software update I did last winter (to 6.something)? If so, where can I find older software versions and what is the procedure to "downgrade"?

Same problem with Oregon 450. Any help from Garmin?

    - Reinstalled software by WebUpdate (version 6.60)
    - Paired the pedal magnet with GSC 10: 1. Press the Reset button on GSC10, Led turns Red then Green 2. Pedal to test the sensor alignment (Red blinks each time the pedal sensor passes GSC unit; LED blinks for first 60 passes)
    - Paired GSC with Oregon: 1. Oregon: Setup > ANT Sensor > Bike Cadence Sensor 2. GSC 10: Press Reset button (Led turns Red/Green) 3. Pedal 4. Oregon: Search for new
