Monterra not pairing with gsc10

Hello,

I'm trying to get the gsc10 working with monterra with firmware v1.19.
Can someone confirm that it works?
I was back in the shop today and there the monterra found a device within 30 sec.
I showed something like "tracking" under the settings, but I'm not sure.
Maybe it found another device in the store :-) and not my gsc10.
At home it is searching for ever, sometimes telling "another error".
What is shown in the settings when gsc10 is found?
I did all I could find like:
Change battery for fresh one, factory reset the monterra and press reset button. .... No luck so far.
I even went outside to eliminate interference.

arjan,
is your gsc-10 awake when you do the pairing?
making sure you see green and red led light up for cadence and speed prior to pairing makes sure the GSC-10 is awake.
when inactive for a couple of minutes the gsc-10 will go into sleep mode and will not be transmitting and will therefor not be found by the monterra
