Has anyone experienced the battery contacts broken off in either the speed or cadence sensor.
just changing the batteries on mine and the contacts were broken on both.
batteries don’t make contact anymore with the device. Therefore the sensors are unusable.
Any solutions to get these working.
Always super careful with these when changing batteries. Really disappointed this has happened.
Bike is stored indoors No signs of corrosion from the battery, circuit board or water ingress.
Product is out of warranty
