Intensity minutes not recorded

Using an Edge 520+ with the HRM Pro+ done two rides now with this combo and both times the intensity minutes haven’t been recorded. Just wondered if the Hive mind had any ideas why that might be

    Extra comtext the E520+ and HRM were clearly connected throughout the ride as I was keeping half an eye on my HR zones.  Curiously on another ride where I used my E520+ with my HRM Tri the intensity minutes were recorded…
