Purchased Garmin 010-12883-00 HRM-Dual Heart Rate Monitor April 6, 2024. Failed in less than 1 year. I deleted it from my Edge 1030 and reinstalled it. No luck. I turned off the BT connection to my cell phone. No luck. Changed the battery. No luck. Put gel on all 4 strap contacts. No luck. Stuck on 72 while my Fenix 7X is recording at 135 at exactly the same time.
