My HRM Pro has stopped pairing, I've changed the battery, unpaired and turned my phone and watch on an off but there is no sign of the HRM as an option to pair on my phone or in Garmin Connect

    They are not a long term reliable device. They seem to only last 1 year - or about the life of one battery then they die. They seem to be disposable after 12 months. I am moving to a Polar HRM monitor as Garmin dont want to know about it. Its annoying as I have been a Garmin user for 10+ years........

    I have had my Polar H10 for over 3 years and the battery lasts 9-12 months. It also seems like it updates every year when I connect it to the app. I don't use their app except to check updates. The strap is still in pretty good shape considering I was using it 2-3 times a week until recently..
