Vector 3S

I have a Vector 3S and I need to change the left meter shaft to the right side body of the same Vector 3S. is it possible? This is because the left body thread is damaged.

Nope. Left and right spindles have opposite threads (as do the crank arms) so it cannot be moved to the other side of the bike.
