Duo pedals left/right balance

I have duo pedals showing 95% to 5% split. My right is a lot weaker, but clearly not 95/5 or 85/15. A balanced person output shows 50/50 or about. Support couldn’t help.

Are you talking about the pedal manufacture support?

Garmin support. They looked at pictures etc.

The Edge is just reporting what it gets. Beyond making sure that a calibration is performed before you start I'm not sure there is much that can be checked on the Edge.

I'm assume thing you are paired to the pedals over ANT?

May be cycle standing up will point out without a doubt it’s sensors/edge? Cannot possibly be 10/90 standing up.
