Pairing Garmin edge 705

I have just bought a garmin edge 705 and added it to Garmin express ok.

My problem is it won't pair with my Bryton R300 L rear radar/light. Is it possible to pair this Bryton radar with the garmin 705 computer?

I'm amazed you could find a 705 in working order, That product was built and went out of manufacturing before light support was added to the Edge product line.
