I need your help. I’ve completed a training in Tacx Neo 2T Home trainer using tacx app on smartphone and HRMPro+ to record HR data.
For some reason, in last half of activity the hrmpro+ disconnected from Tacx and I have no HR data recorded..
I know on other Garmin devices I can download HR data from History menu, but here , when using tacx neo 2T hometrainer I don’t have such option.
Does anyone know how can I download correct HR data stored into HRMPRO+ and upload it into the Tacx or Garmin Connect to show up correctly?
