Garmin Edge 200 Satellite signal cannot be found

Hi all, I still have my Garmin Edge 200, its in working condition.. the buttons work.

The only problem I having now is the satellite signal cant be found.

I have not used this Edge for about 1.5 years. However before I kept it aside, I remembered that I'm still able to have a satellite signal.

Things I have tried :

  • I have checked the software version, its on the latest version of 2.10 & GPS version 4.13
  • I have also tried refreshing the searching process by pressing the Lap button while its searching.

If anyone has any idea how to fix this Satellite signal issue. Please write it down in the forum. TIA!

  • Try syncing with Garmin Express to update the GPS satellite position information. Then place it with a clear view of the sky. Getting an initial GPS lock may take some time. I would leave it for 15 minutes and then see if it has a lock.
