I see many others have had similar issues with this product.
It worked initially through the tacx app but the following day wouldn’t show any data. Then I had it working on zwift but also failed the following day. It comes up with pairing failed when trying through the garmin connect app but when I used a different phone it worked first time with all the data coming through on various apps. I disconnected the phone and tried with mine and it wouldn’t work, then went back to the other phone and that won’t connect now??
Does anyone have a solution to this? I’ve replaced the battery multiple times but seems to be an issue with the sensor and there seems to be little to no help from Garmin themselves
