Garmin Speed Sensor 2 wrong time zone

I have Speed Sensor 2 Software:0.23

With Android app Connect v 4.52

On phone local time is correct and time zone is GMT+2

When I get cycling session from Speed Sensor 2 time is -2 hours and time zone set to GMT-1

Upload Time Zone from Account settings seems does not change anything and automatically set to GMT+1

Could someone please tell me what should I do to get times right?

This Bug is know since years, but Garmin didn't fix it.

Which really is a shame and not what you should expect from a company like garmin.

Most funny thing: Strava will show the corrected time of your ride, only Garmin is unable to read its own fit files.
