Cadence sensor not working - not even green light

I have a cadence sensor and suddenly it stopped working. I replaced the battery and still nothing, no green light at all. I have removed the battery for 5 minutes to perform a reset but no luck

Any suggestion on what should i do to bring the cadence sensor back to life?

One procedure for the newer HR straps I have seen mentioned is to use the old battery to do a reverse polarity reset... put battery in backwards for some amount of time. Then replace with new battery...

Not quite sure on the details, but i'm sure you could find some info on it via search

Check that the contacts in the outer edge of the door are not bent out of place.

Can you send the photo of your enclosure for the battery? I have it the same. When I stick the battery to the contacts directly it starts blinking, justin the enclosure, it will never connect.

Having issue like this from this big brand is big issue.
