Dual HRM connected to Zwift but not showing heart rate

I recently bought the Garmin dual HRM to use with Zwift on my Ipad. It worked fine in the beginning but then stopped showing my heart rate. In the pairing screen on Zwift, the HRM shows up as connected but heart rate is zero. I cannot figure out what the problem is.

Same here at least for bluetooth, I always connect the HRM via ANT+

Cheers, but as I am running Zwift on an IPad, that i not an option.

Same issue for me connecting to Strava or Trainerroad on iPhone or iPad. The HRM is connected via Bluetooth but HR does not display on either.
