Can the Speed & Cadence 2 sensors work with both husband & my watch?

Looking to add to our basic non-peloton spin bike. We would both want our data after we each workout. Would we be able to pull the data to his watch and then I work out & get my data to my watch? We have the Vivoactive 4 and Vivoactive 4S.
