Will the Edge 800 work with different Speed and Cadence sensors installed on two bikes?

Hi,

I have 2 bikes, road and MTB, that I want record the speed and cadence with, on the one Edge 800 head unit, will the Edge 800 allow 2 sets of sensors to be paired to the one head unit?

I already have both bikes set up in the Edge 800 and wanted to know if I was wasting money buying the additional sensor set if the head unit will not allow it.

I've never used an Edge 800, but my old 810 worked fine with multiple sets of sensors on different bikes.

Hi, thank you fallingrock, I bit the bullet and bought the extra sensors and yes, it works great!
