Polar HRM connected but no VO2 Max stats after cycling

I paired a Polar H10 HRM to my Fenix 6x Pro. Put the HRM strap on, made sure it was connected, and went for an hour long intense bike ride yesterday. I also have Speed 2 and Candace 2 sensors that were active and working during the session.

Did I miss a step, or do something out of order?

For cycling I think you need an HRM and a power meter to get Vo2 max.

Hmm, I might have read that wrong. I see what you are saying. Dang, I cannot afford power meters, too much money.

You most definitely do need a power meter for cycling or at least something that will provide virtual power. There are apps in the CIQ store such as this https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/e9dabae2-0e91-431e-bee7-1085418c1fa2 for indoor trainers. There maybe something around that can provide an equivalent for outdoor cycling.
