Edge 800 touchscreen not working after battery replacement

HI all,

I'v replaced the battery for my edge 800. After replacement my touchscreen is nof functioning anymore. Only the left button is working.

Does anybody has suggestions how to fix this?

TandemWithKid - A hardware issue will not be resolved by a Reset. You can try calibrating the touchscreen using these instructions (Calibrating the Edge 800 Touchscreen). If that does not work, please…

I suspect that the screen cable is not correctly connected.

I suspected that too. disconnected the cable several timess without result.
i hard resetted the device and disconnected the screen cable more than once. And now it's finally working

How did you do a "hard" reset? I am having the same issue....
