Edge 1030 + Garmin Charge Power Pack + Varia UT800 headlight

Will the UT800 attach to the out-front mount that the battery pack attaches to?   Both the battery pack & UT800 are designed to attach to the bottom of the out-front mount. I would use either the battery pack OR the HL-500, not both.
