Two speed sensors, two bikes but one default bike

Having 2 bikes with 2 distinct speed sensor, each of those paired with my Vivoactive S4, is there a way to match those sensors with my registered gear bikes in order to download activities to Garmin Connect to the proper bike ? Actually, I have to change the default bike before downloading data to my PC.

No.

You don't have to do that. Gear used for an activity can be edited after uploading to garmin connect.
