Please identify this out front mount connection

Hello,

I bought an Edge 830 to replace a 820. I used to connect my head light to the out front mount via a GoPro connector with two screws.

This doesn't fit anymore on the new out front mount that came with the 830.

Can anyone identify this connection on the bottom? Is it a 'regular' quarter turn connection?

That is the underside and is used by a flange connector with the Garmin lights or cameras.

My previous out front mount (right side of the handle bars) had a flat bottom surface to which you could easily attach anything with 2 screws..
