Garmin Speed Sensor 2 not sending data to Garmin Connect real time vua BT

This is a common complaint. I don't know why Garmin doesn't respond or make it clear in the advertising and documentation materials. Very misleading. Is there a way to display real speed data in Garmin Connect when using only the Speed Sensor via BlueTooth? How?

No, there is no way to do it. Garmin Connect is only for viewing data, not for collecting. You have to use an App wich can connect via BT to the sensor.

Hello, did you find a solution to this? I’m using a speed sensor on my turbo trainer and would like more real time info too.
