Zwift is not pairing with my Cadence & HRM.

I recently purchased a Wahoo Kickr Snap. I am having issues connecting my Cadence & HRM to the Zwift software on my Mac device. I am able to connect to the wahoo Kickr fine, but having no luck with my Garmin devices.

I also have an Edge 520, the HRM & Cadence sensors connect fine with that.

I am wondering if my garmin devices are not bluetooth compatible?

Also, I can't seem to locate a serial number on these devices anywhere.
