Sorry if this has been asked but I recently put the speed and cadence sensor on my road bike, when ever I ride or my kids get in and turn the pedals it automatically uploads the workout to Garmin connect. So if I’m riding and I have to stop for my kids etc once stopped it uploads what I’ve done as a workout, even if I’ve paused my watch. How do I stop it from doing that ??
