Speed Sensor 2 User Settings not synced

in Garmin Connect i got the information that there is a "User Setting" Update for the Speed Sensor2:

but this "User Setting" didn't arrive the Speed Sensor2 true Android App (latest version)!

Garmin Connect tells me, the last sync was on friday 16.08.19 but on sunday 18th i have done a ride, speedsensor2 used connected to Edge 830, Android synced Speed Sensor 2 too, but update information in Garmin Connect is the same?

Anyway, my weight info on Speed Sensor 2 is wrong too, Edge 830, Forerunner 945 get the weight update of Garmin Index Scale, but not the Speedsensor 2!

Same thing with Vector 3 too, hope it's OK, when it's posted here:

Synced now, but weight don't Change to 76kg:

the other thing, why the Speed Sensor needs a weight of me?

any ideas, why the syncing don't work?

same as i started the post, there is a "User Setting" to sync available, but don't come to Sensor?
