Had my bike out for a quick ride on some inner city gravel trails, and put it up on the stand for a quick wipe down when I was done. Noticed that my cadence sensor was hanging on by 3 points instead of 4. Took it off and most of the exterior crumbled away. It was mounted on the non drive side crank arm on the inside, and hasn't gotten any abuse.
This is the "new" accelerometer version, not the old magnet type.
Just purchased this back in March, and I'm wondering if this is a "known issue" or not?
