Oregon 750 and Bike speed sensor

I have a new oregon 750 and a new Bike Speed Sensor and Cadence Sensor.

I can connect both of the sensors , the cadence sensor gives a value in the tripcomputer.
But the speedsensor dont give a speed value, it connects, but when i spin the weel the speed gives 0 km/h (ml/h)

I try'd both ways mounting it and removing batterie and connecting second time.
No result at al.

Is there something what i'm doing wrong?

Anybody a idea?

I installed a app on my smartphone compatibel with Ant+ sensors.
Here i can see the sensors and a reading.
I look like the sensor is working, but the cobination with the oregon 750 not.

I don't have an Oregon but there should be a place in the menu to select sensor type. On an Edge it is found under ANT+ Spd/Cad-> Sensor Details. The selection should be "Spd and Cad" and not "Spd/Cad".

I have seperate speed and cadance sensor, in the Ant+ settings menu i have speedsensor selected and cadancesensor selected there is a option for the 'old' (the spd/cad) sensor this one i have not selected.

I don't have any ideas why it is not working. You might call Garmin support to see if they can help
Something to try is removing both sensors from the Oregon and pairing just the speed to see if that works. Then pair the cadence.

Today back to the store
They have exchanged the Oregon for another.
Unfortunately, the problem continues.

@NHvZ Is the software on your Oregon up to date using Garmin Express. You might want to test under a different profile. If you continue to have issues please reach out to our support team.

FW is 2.6 and on different profiles tested.

I already contacted the dutch support team.
There is also a problem with the calories counter, when installing the heart rate sensor it stops counting
First they advice factory reset and replace the batteries then they advice to exchange te unit.

But with no luck.

Did u tried the speedsensor with the GPS/GLONASS disabled in the Oregon?

I tried it with GPS on and in demonstration mode.
Both no luck

Today exchanged the sensor for a brand new one, still no luck.

The oregon refuse to indicate the speed of the sensor again.

Is someone here who can reproduce this problem?
