Magnetless Speed Sensor Can't Set Manual Wheel Size

I picked up a magnetless speed sensor for my mountain bike, and it paired fine to my Garmin 520. But the problem I am having is that I can't manually set the wheelsize. When I choose the Manual option from my 520 setup screen, it shows 2096mm (standard road bike size). When I change it to 2068mm, and select the check mark to save it, it never seems to save the value and continues to show 2096mm.

I rode the bike yesterday for a mile or so with the Automatic detection on and it returned a value of 2002mm. Again, I tried to change that, and it wouldn't let me save the new value.

Any thoughts?

What software version do you have on the 520? This issue was fixed in

Changes made from version 5.30 to 6.00:

Fixed issue when switching from one Time in Zone data field to another.

Updated to correct software version numbering.
