Did a quick search and while I could find similar issues, I didn't find one close enough. If I just missed it, and anyone knows of one, please point me at it.
I am having to change the batteries in my speed and cadence (magnetless versions) almost before every single ride. If there's only a day between rides it seems fine but if it's two days or more my Edge 520 just will not find the sensors unless I put new batteries in. This can't be normal surely? It's almost like the sensors are staying awake and not going into standby mode after a certain length of time. It's costing a fortune in CR2032 batteries. Could the sensors be faulty or is there some user error going on? I shouldn't have to remove them from the bike and remove the batteries between rides to stop this should I?
