First try using warranty. In my country, there is warranty beyond what the manufacturers give as their product guarantees. There universally is 2 years of warranty and for the first 12 months the manufacturer has to prove that a defect was a user error…
There are no scratches or cracks. Screen just stopped working and no longer syncs steps. I can still use the buttons but nothing on screen
