    When I download a race course map (.gpx) file, garmin connect says the activity has been successfully sent to my Forerunner 305 unit but I cannot find it on the device. Am I downloading it correctly? I've also tried to conver the .gpx file to a .tcx…

    I have an Etrex Vista HCX and cannot figure out how to manually enter waypoint data.

    Specifically: I know the coordinates for a place I want to go.
    How/ where in my device do I go to enter that?

    On any Activity Details page, hover over "Share" on the Summary panel. There you should find a link to post to Twitter.

    Recently using garmin connect, I appreciate the tool, however, there are two possible choices for activity confidentiality :
    - either the activity is private and only readable by its owner
    - or either it is public and readable by everybody
