just getting back into my running and for some reson when i tried to dowload a coures to my 305 it has wiped all of the coureses off, is there a way to get them back?
also can i upload a course to connect?

When is Garmin Connect going to support the addition of Advanced workouts? This is a major function of the forerunner watches that is widely used and I am quite surprised that there has yet to be an addition to the Garmin connect website.
It's great that you can build your own reports and sort the fields where you want them, but you can't save that report with a custom name to reuse on a regular basis.
That would help greatly when manually migrating data…
