I did the fix the problem myself. I just turned off the assistance plus in Garmin Connect
I saved i synchronized the watch and then I reactivated the assistance plus and sync the watch and now it shows in the assistance widget.
Understood that a strap is better. But what are baseline expectations for a $1000 watch? Shouldn't it be able to be serviceable or at least close? This was 100 bpm v 180/190 bpm. That's what I'm trying to bridge. I don't care if it's 5 bpm…
