  • RE: QR-Code Widget or APP that works offline

    MaxR6
    MaxR6

    Good News:
The Widget QR code works at the moment. It seems it have been revised and now also works offline. Of course you have to be online for the initial image generation. But after that not anymore.

Unfortunately, the image does not use the already small…

I doubt there's any way around it except to use an activity type that supports cadence from accel.

I'm sure Garmin has their own reasons for disabling cadence from accel for inline skating -- maybe they think it isn't reliable in that case?…

    I stopped relying on onExitSleep/onEnterSleep

    - it's too unreliable. Sometimes it works, but most of the time - it doesn't. I know that at least on Vivoactive4 the ONLY reliable way to trigger onExitSleep is to press the back button twice. I opened a…

Hi, thanks for these propositions. I have a set of 67 various icons that the user can choose. Then, I have 3 variants per icon (32x32, 24x24 and 24x24-inverted-colors) that are used at several moments. So, the first proposition doesn't help, but the second…

Looking at your list above, does it only have six, or a set amount that can fit on the screen at one time?  I wanted mine to scroll through at least ten items per list, so they can either swipe or use the buttons to navigate through them.  That would make…

i was referring to how apps with only 1 five star review would rank higher than apps that have 100 five stars but 1 4 star.  now when you sort by rating, it is only showing apps that have at least 30 reviews it looks like.  that seems like a smart solution…

My problem is that I am going to be setting up more than 50 watches.  I do not have any phones associated with them.  I do not want a Garmin account associated with them.  How do I set up the watch?  It looks like I have to connect it to a phone at least…

I know, Number Picker is Deprecated. But it seems to be, Venu is the first one (at least I know) no longer having the class implemented.

What is the official follower? Does everyone have to reinvent the wheel with Picker class (and every deverloper has…

No, I don’t know why it was deemed essential to have them externally- possibly website performance but that’s a guess.

My theory is that it's at least partly so that FIT contributor strings can be localized (translated to multiple languages…

If someone hacked your Spotify account, they'd likely need your Spotify username and password at the very least. Did you provide your Apple/Spotify login credentials as part of using this app? When you paid for the apps did you register for an account…
