Hi. Thank you. Yes, I confirmed the race widget shows the phases. In the meantime, so far, today's recommendation is still "30 minutes at 6m30s pace" or so.
If I ignore the suggestion and run faster and longer, will the program be revised…

Welcome to the club, i just received today a new 945 from Garmin cause of OHR cracking and the mushy buttons.
The mushy issue does not torment me; the OHR cracking yes, a lot. I read that D revision watches are better (not perfect) than A, crossing fingers…
I've been experiencing similar sync issues since upgrade to firmware 9.00. Sync with MacOS app doesn't work at all. Sync with Garmin Connect on mobile (iOS) is working only after I power off the watches and turn it on again. What a great revision, no…
I got my new 745 two weeks ago. All my buttons work well with same click. I come from 945 and yes, the start button have strange mushy click to it! Most sent it in, but I kept mine. The 945 have Rev A on the box. This new 745 have no revision #.

I have the exact same issue - Received my "Revision A" watch this morning and found out my UK ordered watch is actually Asian - and it wont play well with the garmin connect app in ios.
I'm sending it back for a refund, and will wait for a more…
Something worth mentioning: there are differend hardware revisions of the sensor around on FR945. At least I know of two different:
I originally had a Rev.B watch which got replaced by Garmin to a Rev.D watch. The LED color on the sensor changed slightly…
When I complete a run on Garmin it uploads it to Garmin Connect and also automatically to Strava as I have the two synched. However, the upload to both is just the generic description of that run, ie "Morning Run" on Strava and for that same run it would…
HRV is supposed to be part of the new revised Physio True Up I believe so that one can use multiple devices. There seem to have been quite few chnages in this regard recently as can be seen on the GC app and GC web by the devices. Unfortunately I only…
